On January 1, 2011, Liberty Realty opened its 5th overall office and 3rd office located in Hoboken. Our "131" office is situated very close to the Path Station and features many top producing real estate agents. This office contains 3 floors of space and fits in perfect with our other two Liberty Realty Hoboken offices. Although still new, the "131" office is fully expected to be a top producing location, as many new and experienced real estate agents have already joined the new team.

Opened at 525 Washington Street in 1995 by Joseph V. Covello, Steve Silverman and Jim Stathis, Liberty Realty of Hoboken is a tremendous success with volume increasing steadily every year. The growth of the office, combined with a stellar reputation among customers and peers, has resulted in the eventual opening of other Liberty Realty offices. The Hoboken office continues to be the cornerstone of firm, with a diversified customer base consisting of many developers, investors, buyers, sellers and renters. We fully expect continued growth and much success from Liberty Realty's first office.

Liberty Realty opened its new Corporate Center located at 4th & Hudson in Hoboken NJ in August 2007. Since it opened, it has become the dynamic hub of all Liberty activities. Within its doors you will find a positive support staff, an innovative sales training center, and highly motivated successful agents. It's truly a powerhouse office taking Hudson County to the next level.

Many individuals now see huge growth and potential in "down town" Jersey City. However, few individuals had the vision to invest in Jersey City in 2001. Even fewer would have thought to open a real estate office there. Liberty Realty is proud to have opened their office well ahead of the pack, back in the spring of 2001. Since then, the down town Jersey City office at 43 Montgomery Street has been a leader in Jersey City real estate. In just its 3rd full year, the office ranked 4th in all of Hudson County in number of closed transactions. The future looks even better as more and more agents have expressed their desire to join the growing Liberty Realty team.

Liberty Realty's third office is already making a name for itself. Located at 3444 Kennedy Blvd, the office is strategically located in the popular Jersey City Heights and also commands business from Weehawken, North Bergen and Union City. The Heights office is one of the top listing offices in the area and has a rapidly growing base of highly trained and eager sales associates. Opened in March of 2005, the Heights office has surpassed all of its original goals and is well on its way to being a top rated real estate office in just its first year!
